Die geplante Hüftoperation wurde mir von Beginn an sehr verständlich erläutert, sodass ich mich sofort gut aufgehoben und ernst genommen fühlte. Auch meine eigene Vor- und Nachbereitung mit Ernährung und Physiotherapie half mir, mich optimal auf den Eingriff vorzubereiten und die Genesung zu unterstützen. Das gesamte Team überzeugte durch höchste Professionalität und begegnete mir zugleich mit großer Menschlichkeit. Besonders der feine Humor der Mitarbeitenden erleichterte mir den Aufenthalt spürbar und trug dazu bei, dass ich mich jederzeit wohl und sicher fühlte.
Voll im Leben und im Job, dann ein Unfall, eine kaputte Hüfte, ein langer Leidensweg und die Suche nach einer Lösung. Schließlich führte mich mein Bauchgefühl zum Ritzensee und zum Team von Dr. Gradl. Hier trifft Kompetenz auf Menschlichkeit und Erfahrung auf Ruhe. Wo Menschen Wesen sind und nicht bloß Nummern, da ist auch die Energie eine andere, eine spürbar andere! Drei Monate nach meiner zweiten Hüftoperation (die erste war zehn Monate zuvor) kann ich u. a. bereits wieder nahezu uneingeschränkt Yoga machen. Das verdanke ich der hervorragenden Betreuung in der Privatklinik Ritzensee. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Dr. Gradl und das gesamte Team für die ausgezeichnete Versorgung vor, während und nach den Operationen. Ich habe mich jederzeit bestens aufgehoben gefühlt.
