Operations of all degrees of complexity on the face and body for rejuvenation and body shaping.
Eyelid corrections are always performed with muscle tightening.
Rhinoplasty is done with an open technique using visual guidance.
With facelifts, not only the skin but also the muscle structures are corrected – with minimal permanent scars.
Endoscopic plastic surgery (so-called keyhole surgery method) is used on the face for facelifts and on the body for breast augmentation, on the chest, abdomen and buttocks.
Liposuction is performed with High Definition (HD) so that the body shape is better defined.
Breast lifts can also be done for lack of volume combined with breast augmentation and minimal scars.
The tummy tuck is always performed with muscle tightening and the waist and hips are thus also included in the treatment.
Buttock correction with reshaping, buttock lift if required and possibly also the combination of lift and augmentation using autologous tissue or implants.
Correction of surgical scars with aesthetic improvements.

Innovations in plastic surgery by Prof. Felippe at Privatklinik Ritzensee
Minimally invasive plastic surgery
Facelifts and breast corrections with endoscopy or with small incisions are minimally invasive procedures offered by Prof. Felippe at Privatklinik Ritzensee.
Rhinoplasty – functional and aesthetic
Rhinoplasties are also performed in one session, in cooperation with the ENT Clinic, at the Ritzensee Private Clinic. Clarifications of functional problems and deformities are carried out using the latest video endoscopy and disturbances of the air valve passage are measured using “rhinometry” state-of-the-art equipment. This enables precise diagnosis and treatment.
Increasing patient complaints with “heavy and thick” legs are detected by the most modern lipoedema diagnostics.
Prof. Felippe carries out a structured diagnosis and treatment plan for lipedema at the Ritzensee Private Clinic.
This also includes follow-up treatment with the support of specially trained occupational therapists and medically trained masseurs.
Breast diagnostics cooperation – Tauern diagnostics and Prof Felippe, plastic surgery
Expertise in breast surgery is provided by the excellent cooperation between Prof. Dr. Felippe and Tauerndiagnostik – Radiological Examinations at the Ritzensee Private Clinic.
Checks on breasts that have already been operated on, on “implant carriers” and also on patients with breast complaints can be carried out perfectly thanks to specialist plastic-surgical examinations and clarification using the most modern digital imaging procedures such as mammography and MRI. All “implant carriers” should routinely come in once a year for a check-up, regardless of whether they have complaints or not.
Prof. Felippe also offers evening consultations from 4 to 9 pm – by appointment only.

Many girls are afraid of their first gynaecological appointment because they simply don’t know what to expect. I would like to take this fear away from you and therefore offer you an informative talk during your first visit.
I can tell you about the female body, the menstrual cycle, any menstrual problems, contraceptive issues and what is done at the annual gynaecological check-up.
You can come alone or with a caregiver.
The conversation will of course be treated confidentially.
If you wish to take the pill, I will take blood samples which will tell me whether the pill is suitable for you from a medical point of view. A decision about the contraceptive can then be made at a follow-up appointment.
I only perform a gynaecological examination on girls who are no longer virgins.
Otherwise I just do an ultrasound of the abdomen.
Birth control pill:
Combination pills (oestrogen and progestogen), with pill break where bleeding occurs
Mini-pill (progestogen) without a pill break and menstrual bleeding is absent (however, spotting is often described)
When prescribing a combined pill for the first time, I always take a coagulation status by means of a blood test, as the pill can influence blood coagulation and the risk of thrombosis and embolism is increased if there are congenital factors.
Smokers and overweight women are also advised not to take the combined pill.
Adverse side effects could include mood swings, headaches, sexual desire, nausea, spotting and water retention.
Implanon (hormone rods):
Pure progestogen preparation, is placed under the skin on the inside of the upper arm after local anaesthesia. The active substance is continuously delivered. Since some react with spotting, I have the women try a progestogen pill for 3 months to check their tolerance.
If well tolerated, the hormone rod can be left in place for 3 years.
Weekly change with 1 week break where menstruation comes.
3 weeks, then one week ring-free where the period comes.
Depot injection every 3 months,
side effect: decrease in bone density, not suitable for young girls.
is inserted into the uterine cavity and releases the hormone there continuously for 3 or 5 years (depending on the preparation).
Copper IUD: The effect is that the change in the lining of the uterus prevents the fertilised egg from implanting, and it also impairs the mobility of the sperm.
This type of IUD is suitable for women who do not want artificial hormones, but the disadvantage could be that menstrual bleeding could become heavier.
I offer to carry out at least 5 mother-child examinations (as provided for in the Mother-Child Pass).
At every check-up, an ultrasound is performed, blood pressure is measured, urine is checked and, of course, your questions are answered.
Two blood samples and a streptococcus B smear will be taken at the scheduled time.
However, I recommend two specific examinations elsewhere, namely first trimester screening between the 11th and 14th week of pregnancy and organ screening in the 20th week of pregnancy carried out by specialised colleagues.
I am happy to advise you in this phase of your life, which is not always easy.
The interplay between the female hormones oestrogen and progesterone no longer works and the “hormone carousel” begins.
Whether you counteract this with lifestyle changes, mental and physical exercise, a healthy diet, herbal supplements or hormones, it is important that you experience an active and happy second half of life.
I grew up in Vienna and Saalfelden.
After completing my medical studies in Vienna, I started at the hospital in Zell am See as an intern and graduated as a general practitioner after 3 years.
Luckily for me, a training position in obstetrics and gynaecology became available, so I was able to start my training there and successfully complete it as a specialist in the minimum time.
In 2015, alongside my work as a senior physician at the hospital, I opened a private doctor’s surgery.
I have been happily married since 2018 and am a mother to one son.

Specialist areas shoulder and elbow surgery:
I cover the entire field of shoulder surgery – from diagnostic arthroscopy, tendon sutures, stabilising procedures (open and arthroscopic), treatment of fractures to shoulder prostheses.
Elbow surgery includes open and arthroscopic procedures, such as the removal of free joint bodies. Due to my many years of work as a team doctor for top teams in football and handball, I naturally also cover the entire remaining spectrum of sports medicine.
Most of the interventions are performed on an inpatient basis. As a rule, one night of inpatient stay after a procedure is sufficient. Of course, this does not apply to prosthetic surgery and the treatment of complicated fractures.

As a doctor with over 30 years of professional experience, lifelong professional training and extensive work abroad, I run a private practice and look forward to also improving your mobility through careful diagnoses, the use of state-of-the-art surgical methods or a prosthesis.
Hip pain, problems in the knee joint, ankle and tarsal joint reduce quality of life and are not just a constant, painful companion, but also unnecessary.
When coming to your personal appointment in my surgery, I will examine you thoroughly and precisely. I will gladly take the time to talk to you about your medical history – thus determining exactly from what your pain and problems result and whether surgery or a prosthesis are really necessary and sensible.
In addition to implantation of artificial joints (knee, hip, ankle), I specialise in foot surgery as my second specialist field. Numerous publications and lectures on this subject prove my credentials in this sub-specialisation.
In order to determine precisely what you need and provide detailed consultation, I look forward to welcoming personally you in my office soon!

For me as a specialist in urology and andrology, it is natural not only to respond to the needs of each patient individually, but also to keep myself informed about the latest research findings. The focus of my work is on personalised diagnostics and the treatment of prostate cancer, kidney tumours and bladder tumours, as well as robot-assisted surgery (intuitive surgical Da Vinci System), laparoscopy (keyhole surgery) and endo-urology.
Kidney tumours & kidney cysts
Urothelial tumours (bladder)
Curvature of the penis
I enjoyed my training in open and minimally invasive surgery with the most renowned urologists in Austria and today offer my patients many years of experience and a broad surgical spectrum. I also have extensive expertise in the treatment of advanced prostate cancer – from classic hormone therapy to chemotherapy and modern treatment options.
In addition to my practical activities, numerous study visits and work shadowing, I have been active in the national and European professional society for urology since the beginning of my training. In this context, I was involved, among other things, in the co-founding and organisation of the Austrian School of Urology and the Austrian Society of Urology. I follow medical studies nationally and internationally, am a lecturer myself and author of numerous professional articles.
In my private life, I am happily married and the proud father of a daughter. When I’m not looking after the well-being and recovery of my patients, I enjoy time on my racing bike or on skis and turn to my guitar in bad weather.
