It takes just over an hour to reach the city of Salzburg, which offers a wide range of cultural attractions.

Our head chefs and their teams provide patients and staff with breakfast, lunch, dinner and a late-night snack every day. Freshly cooked, hot meals – with or without meat – and crisp, seasonal salads are served daily. As the company provides a meal allowance for its staff, meals can be booked at a reasonable price.

Where possible within the context of the workplace, employees’ needs are taken into account, for example through part-time work, flexible working hours, working from home and time off. Appropriate, timely shift planning and modern time-recording systems are a matter of course.
Special requests, such as part-time work for parents, reintegration programmes following prolonged absences due to ill health, or bereavement leave, are taken into account as far as possible in consultation with managers and teams.

At the Ritzensee Private Clinic, we place great importance on ensuring that new staff members settle in well. Right from the start, we have been committed to supporting our staff as best we can. This means that before they start work, employees are given access to the staff app, which provides them with key information about their new role in advance.
We also have something on offer for those who have taken a break from work. We offer an intensive refresher course in theory and practice on special terms. In doing so, we ensure that our colleagues’ specialist knowledge is kept up to date. This gives people the opportunity to return to work fully prepared after a break.
